Very nice.Helpful easy to talk to understanding. Every time I had a question he had the answer I needed. He would call me and keep me up to day every time he had a question or a cilantro had a question. He was very good with the bank as far as contract questions and answers. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable.

From the first time I met Peter I was impressed with his knowledge of real estate, insights into what was available in the housing market and professional and friendly demeanor. I actually contacted Peter to look at potential condos to downsize to as I was going to sell my townhome. I ended up working with Peter in selling my townhome and the entire process was extremely simple. He patiently explained everything and did a wonderful job negotiating on my behalf with the buyer's agent. Peter is patient, responds to calls, emails and texts very quickly and was very flexible with his schedule.
