On the personal side, I enjoy my family and community and have been serving as a Warren Township Trustee since 1992. I’m an active member of the Gagewood Lions. Team Radke contribute to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Each year Team Radke participates doing a local Santa Parade and food drive with the local fire department, distributing food for those in the neighbors who really could use a helping hand during the holiday season. There’s a special place in my heart for the Ann & Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital.

I was relocating from the Northeast US to Lake County for work, and found this house on the internet. Donna's posting was VERY informative with wonderful pictures of the house. While still back east, I worked with Donna and another realtor in her office to learn what I needed to know about the property, buy the house, negotiate a very non-conventional purchase option with the seller, do all the pre-closing work (inspections etc) and schedule the closing, all through the phone and emails! I arrived in Lake County the day before the closing. My first time entering the house was on the pre-closing walk through! I was very comfortable purchasing the house sight-unseen, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable! This is a testament to the skill, experience, professionalism, and wonderful personality of Donna and her associate!
