I have worked for many of the major franchisees in the past including Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Re/max, Help-U-Sell, Nextage, Keller Williams and with the Luxury Market Sotheby's in Scottsdale, AZ selling Luxury homes. Previous Owner and #1 Selling Realtor of a Real Estate Company located in Tinley Park, IL from 2007 through the sale of VILLAGE Realty Shoppe in 2010. Directed all aspects of the business operations leading a three community area/market in sales in those four years while managing and doing the sales training for a team of 20 other Realtors. Closed a total of 260 transactions and $57 million in transaction volume. Created company from the beginning and did all of the business development, made key marketing decisions: including print, direct mail, website SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media and B2B outreach.

 

I also Co-created, and managed Real Estate Investment Company specializing in fix/flip and holding strategies building a positive cash flow home portfolio.

Listed and sold a home

In the strongest of terms I would advise against using Dan Bowden for your realtor. We hired Dan for a real estate transaction and it turned out to be the biggest mistake we could have made. Dan refused to answer his phone, Dan refused to return our repeated calls, Dan refused to return repeated texts, and Dan failed to return repeated emails. At one point, during the middle of our transaction, we did not hear from Dan for weeks and eventually found out, by contacting the buyers realtor, that Dan had relocated across the country without informing us. Dan was dishonest in his dealings with us and would have repeatedly missed critical deadlines if we had not hounded him to complete the necessary paperwork. In fact in the final weeks before our closing Dan did not contact us a single time, we ended up working with the buyers realtor and title company to close the property with zero assistance from Dan. If you are considering hiring a realtor I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
