As a listing agent, Alex provided way more time than anyone would have. He sits down to listen to what your expectations are for selling a home she sets up his signs and other advertisements to attract many clients for buying a house. At the open house it is astonishing, it shows me that Alex with the tools and ability to sell a house. He sets up his signs. He sets up other items outside the house and inside the house he provides boots covers. Hand sanitizer, and other items to maintain the neatness of the house. He also has an optimistic attitude with everyone. He was able to sell the house and have it under contract in the time that I liked and sold the house above listing and above my expectations.

Alex Chavez is not your average Realtor. He actually stands behind his name and provides exceptional service. He listed my townhouse in March and strategic planned the right date to list my house. He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. He walked my property and also told me the things I should fix to get the best value for my home.
