He was knowledgeable on the house buying process and helped me get out of a contract on a house that potentially had very expensive problems to fix without penalty. Most importantly, Chris did a great job at getting me all of the information I needed to make two successful bids. He got to know me and included a statement of who I was and why the house was a good fit with each bid. This turned out to be really useful in a competitive bidding environment.
