Susan began her career in the field of tax and certified public accounting upon graduating from Loyola University. She was an assistant controller for Joseph C. Cannizzaro as he developed Canal Place and other major commercial projects in downtown New Orleans. Her focus to Residential Real Estate began in 2002. With her extensive knowledge in the value of Real Estate, she was selected as a Hearing Officer in 2007 in one of the city's largest property tax appeals undertaken in the South as a result of the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
