Danny Russo is a professional real estate advisor with HomeSmart Realty South and has been a Realtor since 1991.  In 1996, he became a Louisiana State Certified Appraiser and has been working the New Orleans Metro area listing, selling, and appraising one to four family dwellings, including condominiums, land, and townhouses. 

Despite his high level of expertise in this field, Danny maintains and upgrades his real estate education and knowledge constantly by making adequate research on ways to provide improved services to his clients. Being an ever changing industry, he is always up to date on the latest trends in the market. Being a real estate investor himself, he is able to help new investors with the intricacies of real estate. As a professional who prides himself on honesty and loyalty, be rest assured that all dealings with him will be handled with utmost dedication. 

In the early 2000s, Danny was a partner in successful mortgage company that helped first time homebuyers and new home purchasers.  Whether you are a first time homebuyer, investor, or someone with challenging credit, his knowledge and connections in the lending industry will help get your deal closed.    

Danny’s family includes his wife Margie of 19 glorious years and teenage daughter Abby.  Hobbies include tennis, golf, and spending time with friends and family.
