Providing the highest level of service through professionalism, knowledge, experience and a passion for excellence.  This is my mission statement for ALL of my clients. As an experienced Realtor, I take great care in guiding clients throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth transaction and a satisfying experience.I earned my Real Estate License in 2012, eager to be a part of the renaissance of my great city! I became an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) in 2015.


I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Orleans in Communications, many years of experience as a production manager in the film and video industry and a strong sales background. My acute attention to detail and superb organizational and people skills have been honed by my former career experiences as well as the toughest, yet most rewarding profession ever as a mother of four.

 

As a native of my great city of New Orleans, I know the unique neighborhoods of my home - not just the ones the tourists see! I am a specialist in the highly desirable Lakefront neighborhoods on the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain, where you can watch the most amazing sunsets, enjoy vast, lush green spaces, and relax in the shade of magnificent oak trees! City Park, Southern Yacht Club, the Marina, and Lakefront Airport are all at your doorstep, along with numerous restaurants, shops, and fantastic schools!  I love showing clients MY New Orleans, introducing them to the myriad of experiences she has to offer.


I am a member of several professional organizations, including National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Louisiana Realtors, Gulf States Real Estate Information Network, and New Orleans Metropolitan Area Realtors.  I am a Past President of the Lake Vista Woman's Club, a philanthropic organization that raises funds for various charities throughout the entire New Orleans community.  I also serve as Ad Hoc Real Estate Committee Chair of the Lake Vista Property Owners Association, and I am a member of St. Pius X Church Parish.


I have volunteered for many years at my children's elementary and high schools over the years.  My husband of 30+ years is a corporate pilot who moonlights flying seaplane charters and as a fishing guide.  As a wife and mother, I love hanging out at home, spending time with my family and Cooper, our rescue German Shepherd. I enjoy cooking local fare as cuisine from other cultures, songwriting, karaoke, photography, listening to music of many genres, musical theatre, walking Cooper and enjoying my beloved lakefront neighborhood.

Connie Quave is the best realtor I have ever worked with and there have been many. My husband and I move every few years, so have bought and sold numerous homes. Connie was the realtor we contracted with for both the purchase and then subsequent sale of our home in New Orleans. For the recent sale of our home she went the extra mile throughout the process from getting the house ready to go on the market to the closing - in a very challenging climate (Spring 2020). Connie is a consummate professional that is organized and knowledgeable about the area and the state of the market.We appreciated that she worked with us to price our house accurately and she remained confident in that number, there was no pressure to lower the price "just to get it sold".Call Connie Quave - she will get the job done and will work hard for you whether you are buying or selling!

I cannot recommend Connie Quave highly enough to be your realtor. As a first time home buyer, the process was daunting and there were so many questions. My budget was tight and the items I was looking for in a condo were fairly extensive. Mrs. Connie walked me through the entire process start to finish and was always kind and available when I needed her. Her phone was on 24/7 to take any questions I had and she worked tirelessly day and night to ensure I got the condo I wanted. She negotiated with the seller on my behalf and truly kept my best interests at heart. I could tell very quickly she had a high level of experience, skill, and felt comfortable knowing she would handle any curveballs we encountered along the way. Despite the magnitude of the process, she did a phenomenal job explaining to me all of the steps and walking me through it, always with a smile on her face.
