We first meant Rita through the Realtor.com service back in March2020. Immediately I could tell the service we were about to receive would be phenomenal. I have experienced many realtors, currently working with another realtor now on selling our other home, let me tell you the difference. Rita was there night and day to answer any questions and assist in any way possible. Being in the military and having to move across country with a family is a difficult task, Rita made it easy. It was stress free and I knew she would get it done. She was honest from the beginning, not overly optimistic, promising things that would never happen but honest and realistic. The house we decided on just came on the market and there were a lot of offers, Rita being Rita knew exactly what to do. We put a realistic good offer in on the house that turned out to still be $5,000 below the appraisal. She also put together a package, with a picture of my family and a statement. Nothing extraordinary but just that little extra care and service ended up getting us the house. We are very appreciative of Rita for that and everything she has done for us on our home buying experience. Whenever it comes time to move and sell we will be giving Rita a call, if anyone asks about a realtor we will send them Rita's way. Let me tell you from personal experiences, not all realtors are like this at all in any way. It is rare and we're grateful.
