Eviction Moratorium

Notwithstanding the Biden Administration's announcement last month that the eviction moratorium would expire July 31st, due to escalating COVID cases across the country, on Tuesday, August 3rd, the Centers for Disease Control spearheaded an extension of the eviction moratorium through October 3rd.
