We missed out on two houses due to making offers too late. As soon as another potential home was listed, we knew we needed to make a bid fast but could not physically view it due to a planned vacation. Understanding our frustration that night, Demetrius offered to use Facetime to give us a virtual tour the next day. After the tour, we placed a bid on the home.
