55+Communities in Bridgewater Mass

Bridgewater, Massachusetts currently has two 55+Communities. Stone Meadow & High Pond Estates. They are both owned and operated by the Wyman Family. High Pond Estates is the older of the two which was developed in 1988. Of course there are pros and cons to living in this community. You decide what you consider a pro or a con as everyone is different. Here are some things I have found and, of course, they're subject to change.  If you decide to buy, there will be an application approval process and a list of rules and regulations you'll have to agree to. You'll also have to sign a 5 year lease agreement here.

Here are some things I have been told by my clients who have bought or sold in a 55+community (not just Bridgewater). You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want!

"I wish I had moved to a 55+ sooner as I missed out on so much time here trying to decide"

"I thought I was too young to live in a 55+community. I thought only old people lived here"

"I have a new group of friends"

"We have so much fun at the dinners and I don't have to leave the community"

"I didn't know I'd be so busy with activities"

"I have walking friends now"

"I don't get involved in any community things so people leave me alone"
