I am a customer-service-oriented real estate agent who helps home buyers and home sellers who are seeking an agent with patience, perseverance, and a passion for helping other people.

I moved to South Jersey from the Southeast Coast as a way to "reboot" my life and my career. I chose real estate as a career path because it allows me to use the customer service skills I acquired during the years I worked in the retail industry, as well as giving me the opportunity to serve the community. I have always had an interest in real estate, and now I am fortunate enough to do it for a living.

Me and my team have over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry and have completed over 12,000 valuations. I have an active real estate license. We are detail oriented, works well independently and with a team, have strong comparative market analysis and strong organizational skills, marketing and promotions. My team have huge experience in REO and Foreclosure specially with Fannie Mae Home Path houses.

My experience includes but not limited to accompanying buyers and sellers to their home inspection and appraisals, Negotiating, facilitating and managing real estate transactions. Acted as liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences for both parties. Oversaw the advertising of properties for web and print media. Maintained connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Negotiated contracts on behalf of clients. Guided clients from beginning to end of the home buying process in choosing the right property.

I hold an MBA degree that is concentrated on real estate courses which covered many related topics such as understanding the real estate market trends. Also, understanding appraisals and valuation of properties based on many criteria such as location, building material, structure, market conditions and many more.

I had many years’ experience prior to obtaining my real state license in Home Flipping which gave me the knowledge and background in evaluation properties estimating repair costs and calculating after repair properties values.
