Philly-born Anitra Pope was raised in Camden, NJ where her inquisitive nature and love of houses started her on the journey to real estate. She has been a successful award-winning real estate agent for more than ten years and is licensed in New Jersey and Georgia.

 Anitra loves all aspects of real estate and has created a strong client base on the foundation of excellent customer service, consistent communications, strong attention to detail and unwavering integrity. Anitra’s approach to any transaction is this “it is about the people, not the agent”.

She believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, thus allowing her clients make the best decisions possible and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in the transaction.

Anitra dedication in making sure the homes she lists are appropriately priced have resulted in 97% of sales closing at or above list price. Her simple, common-sense strategy of pricing right the first time has allowed her to sell homes within in days of being on the market.

Anitra has an endless love for basketball and a driving passion for serving the community and especially the youth. Over the past fifteen plus years, she has been a basketball coach for various little leagues, high schools, and colleges and for the past five years, she has had the pleasure of coaching at her high school alma mater, Camden High.  She is an honored member of the Women of Distinction of Atlanta, GA; where they are active in the community and serve thousands every year through outreach programs.  Anitra is also the proud mother of two wonderful adults; William and Paige.
