Navigating the real estate maze can be a daunting task for even the most informed, educated buyer or seller.  Laws, ethics, timelines and procedures must be followed every step of the way.  I have the knowledge and experience to guide my clients through every facet, whether buying or selling, renting or investing.  I understand the marketplace and I understand what it takes to get your home the attention it deserves.  I know that each home requires a unique marketing strategy, as was the challenge when I listed an underground property built by renowned architect Malcolm Wells in Cherry Hill.

My first-time buyers are more confident entering into home ownership knowing that I have their best interest in mind.  My investors appreciate my strong negotiating skills when adding an income producing property to their portfolio, and my sellers know that I will do what needs to be done to sell their home for the highest price possible.  I am relentlessly dedicated to my clients, and I am determined to make their wish list a reality.
