Hi There!

 

I have been licensed in NJ for 8 years while working full time at Corporate America and handled over a dozen of transactions during that time. January 2021, I decided to go out on my own and focus all of my time into real estate and I couldn't be happier!

 

With an extensive background in corporate contract sales, I am an expert on negotiating and closing time-sensative contracts. This work and my love for real estate is what led me to become a real estate professional with HomeSmart. 
 
In dealing with many personal real estate transactions over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how emotional and stressful it can be buying and selling a home. It is very important to me to get to know my clients by building trusting relationships so I can better understand what is important to them. My goal is to make this process a positive experience that they will remember.  Communication is the key ingredient and I take pride in making sure my clients understand every step of the way. 

 

I live in Medford and previously Southampton NJ for the last 20 years. I know this market inside and out. I also have a rental property in North Wildwood and spent time selling at the NJ shore. I own Anchors Away Home Watch where we provide 2nd home owners at the NJ shore peace of mind providing inspection services to thier homes when they can not be there.
