It's a crazy moment in time we are all experiencing these days. I never knew toilet paper would be the hot commodity selling out in stores as we face a global pandemic.
COVID-19 has made many of us adjust our lives and will have a huge impact on our lives. Many industries have to adjust and it’s impacting markets across the world.
Many of you know that I’ve worked in the emergency response/emergency management field for over 20 years. I taken that experience and apply it to my real estate career. I ensure that whatever we face, I ensure a continuity of business and provide superior project management skills to get the job done. Even in this environment.
I employ several strategies that will mitigate risk while continuing business. Conference calls between clients and vendors, enhanced marketing allowing virtual walk-throughs, superior social media marketing and direct marketing, electronically signing of documents, and even video/virtual showings are just a few ways of ensuring business continuity. I’ve been employing these strategies already (on a day-to-day basis) and it allows for smooth operations during these difficult times.
I am not here just to open a door or even just to help you buy or sell one house. I’m here to help you and your family establish goals and to reach your desired lifestyle through real estate.
