Richard has the touch of sold. In July 2014, Richard was awarded the Certified Buyer Representative(CBR) designation by the New York Association of Realtors(NYSAR). This unique designation allows Richard to assist buyers during the entire home purchasing process. From supplying accurate sale "comps", to negotiating the price of the home, and all the way through the closing, you count on Richard being your advocate every step of the way.

In December 2015, Richard was recognized by the National Association of Realtors with an e-PRO Certification.
