Keri is fantastic. My house needed some serious repair. Keri arranged and managed several work people. Whenever any little thing went astray I would text her and she stepped in. She estimated market value up front and she got it. At her suggestion I declined the first offer, then she negotiated the second offer up to her target, even though I was weary and willing to settle for less. Keri is cheerful and she kept me calm throughout.
