Welcome

I am a second-generation Realtor and I approach my business as not one of sales, but of service.  My role is not to always sell homes, but more impactfully, to be a consult to my clients in providing data-based information on which decisions about sound real estate investments are made.  My father, Walter Crawford, Jr. owned and operated Crawford Realty Co., Real Estate and Mortgage Services.  He always taught me that when you deliver excellence in service, your business will always thrive.  And he was right.

I've created an opportunity to serve an exclusive clientele through referrals.  High-touch service, confidentiality and integrity are the foundations of my service offering. As Realtors, we are privy to some of the most intimate details of our clients' most delicate information. It is important that a relationship of trust be at the core.

A  native New Yorker, I am a Realtor, a wife, a bonus mom to three girls and Human mom to my Yorki Poo, Myles.  I relocated to Atlanta, GA , 20 years ago, and then four years ago to Charlotte-and I now keep residence in both Atlanta and Charlotte.

An avid traveler, I love experiencing differnt cultures and learning the "good" in people around the world.  A graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Marketing/Economics, my professional career has brought me back to my roots and stepping into my father's shoes-in his memory-serving clients and being an advocate for homeownership and creating generational wealth.

I currently hold licenses in Georiga and North Carolina, serving the Metro Atlanta and Charlotte areas.  I am the Broker-in Charge for the newly opened PalmerHouse Properties Charlotte office and in that capacity, I am charged with expanding the PalmerHouse brand and for molding new agents honing their skills to provide excellence in service to the public at large.

I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Realtors Top Producers Club, PalmerHouse Properties Diamond Real Estate Club and an active member of my place of worship.
