Based in Apex, North Carolina, Randy Gubka provides buyer and seller agent services across Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Raleigh, Durham, Pittsboro, and Chapel Hill. My brother and I met Randy at an open house on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We knew the home wasn’t occupied but when we walked in and saw the interior, Randy let us know that he and his team staged the home at no cost to the seller. We had to sell our Mom’s home since it was our legal estate home and we had no desire to keep the property.
