Born in Michigan but grew up in Wilmington NC. I moved to Jacksonville NC in July 1993 and now consider this my home. My family lives in Jacksonville but I'm familiar with - and have sold homes in all of Onslow New Hanover Pender and Carteret Counties.Prior to beginning my Real Estate career I worked in Marketing and Publishing. I grew up in the home building industry. My father was a Builder in New Hanover County for over 20 years. I feel this was good preparation for what I do now - helping Sellers market their homes and helping Buyers find that dream home and working with Builders to develop new neighborhoods. I am a REALTORr - a member of the National Association of Realtors and the local Jacksonville Board of Realtors Association. This means that I subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics -a higher standard than just obtaining an agent's license. And I am a full-time agent. This is my career not just a part time job for me. I'm proud to say that over 90% of my business each year comes from repeat clients and referrals by past clients. My clients are more than a business transaction to me; They are my purpose in real estate and have become my extended family. I am proud that they trust me enough to refer their friends family and associates to me!
