Monica is a licensed REALTOR and Multi-Million Dollar producer at HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum serving clients throughout Northeast Ohio with offices in Beachwood, Mentor, Chardon, and Westlake. Her personality is often described as genuine and “keeping it real” as she uses candor & humor to help her clients feel comfortable and supported, especially during major life changes.

Prior to starting her real estate journey in 2019, she began her career as a social worker serving diverse populations in a variety of job roles. Real estate and social work may seem like an unlikely combination, yet there is a great deal of similarity in both fields - strong communication skills, commitment to serve others, and advocating on behalf of her clients’ best interests.

Monica understands the unique challenges of relocating to a new area and finding your place to call “home.” Originally from NJ, she attended college in upstate NY, and then graduate school in Michigan, before moving to Ohio in 2007.  Monica and her family have resided in the eastside suburbs of Cleveland for the last 5 years, however she was a westsider for 10 years prior - so she is very familiar with communities on "both sides of the river” in the greater Cleveland area!

Monica recognizes that buying and selling a home are the biggest financial, and personal, investments many will make in their lifetime. She enjoys connecting with new people and helping clients navigate the exciting (albeit stressful!) process of residential real estate transactions. She is grateful for the opportunity to be a trusted advisor to her clients as they meet milestones and transition to new beginnings in their lives.
