Brenda Niemi is a lifetime resident of Northeast Ohio. She began her career as a real estate agent in 2006 and joined HomeSmart in March 2020 as the CEO, and Team Leader of The Niemi Team.

Where do we start!? Brenda was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, hard working, energetic, smart, professional, and fun! Throughout all of the ups and downs that come with this process, she consistently was there to keep us positive on our walk through the steps to finding our dream home. She showed us the houses we wanted to see, listened, researched what we were looking for, and in the end, knew us better that we knew ourselves! She connected us with a home neither my husband nor I had found with all of our research but that met both of our needs and we just fell in love with. Brenda is AMAZING, my husband and I probably HAD the worse case of FOBO ever! Brenda and her associates rounded out our dream team and without a doubt made this experience painless. She is very knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond in every way possible.My husband and I weren't exactly sure where we wanted to plant our roots. So we gave her address from Madison to Wickliffe. On day 1 of our search we went to Madison and it turned out only one property we wanted to see was still active by that morning. And after that property didn't turn out to be for us, she made some calls and within minutes she was able to get us into 3 additional properties in close proximity!!! Although we didn't end up making any offers that day, we we're impressed with her ability to make things happen in no time at all. And that was only day one of what turned out to be a beautiful partnership .After a couple of weeks and countless showings, when we pulled up to the house we ended up buying I just knew this was the one! That property was scheduled to have an open house the following day and I was so nervous someone might out bid us. We thought that putting an offer in above asking price was the only way but Brenda was very reassuring, she used her intuition and experience and suggested we offer at list price with a 24 hour clause so that we could have an answer before the open house... Well the sellers accepted and so the process began!!!! Since we we're first time buyers we had no clue what to expect. Brenda was very throughout with us and explained exactly what to expect and what would be expected of us. She and her team took care of all the behind the scenes stuff correctly and in a timely fashion and everything unfolded just as she said it would with no hiccups or last minute set backs. And before we knew it, it was closing day!! We met her at our new home so she could give us our keys and she even gifted us our first house warming present which was a pots and pans rack that I had mentioned ONE TIME I liked!!!!! I really appreciated that, it was so thoughtful and sweet I couldn't believe it!!!! Thank you Brenda for helping us obtained our first home!! You will be the first on my list to call if/when we decide to move again!!!!
