Welcome
I Help 1st Time Homebuyers, Upsizers & Families Downsize To Make Life Easier Without The Overwhelm
Leaving a home of a lifetime can feel very difficult, sometimes even unmanageable.
I am a member of the “sandwich” generation. This is the generation between helping parents
while also helping one’s children. I hear from clients all the time that ask me
about helping them with the sale of mom and dad’s home.
I also I hear from others whose current home for one reason
or many, no longer fits their needs or lifestyle. They need a bigger home or
perhaps they want to purchase their very first home.
These generations of people are making big, important choices to help make
someone’s life easier. It might mom and dad’s, older sibling, relative… or their own.
Whatever their needs, they want someone they trust. They want the
transition to be over and their life easier. Instead, it ends up feeling
like an emotional rollercoaster. There is a sudden whirlwind of tasks for everyone involved.
I explain that preparing a home for sale or buying a new one, has to be part of the planning process.
If there is disrepair and indecision about where family heirlooms should land,
downsizing can become disorganized and chaotic.
For new home buyers, planning may include talking to a lender and getting prequalified.
Every step can feel like a lot to do, sometimes even stressful, but it doesn’t have to as many of my clients can explain.
I help make life easier during a purchase or sale without the overwhelm.
Why not make it refreshingly simple and less demanding? I do!
I help families with curb appeal through closing the sale and everything in between.
No one needs to feel overwhelmed and stressed. I tend to the sale of the family home in a way that fits
with the family’s goals and needs. I communicate meticulously – all along the way, on a
daily basis if necessary. I don’t stretch the truth or fluff the facts to get a listing.
Instead, I share the reality of the market so that informed decisions are made.
You're selling your family home, buying your very first one, or something in between.
Let me take all the overwhelm out of the process.
