My name is Cathy Anderson and I am a real estate broker who specializes in the buying and selling of new and existing homes. I pride myself on my passionate and heartfelt drive to always serve in my client’s best interest from the first phone call all the way through closing.

I am proud to say that I am a native Oregonian, born and raised in the Oregon City area. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest has given me a love for the outdoors that is undeniable. Whether it is snowshoeing in the winter or hiking and camping during the summer, I have an appreciation for what this area has to offer and enjoy sharing that with my clients. This love has been something that I have passed on to my five adult children and two amazing grandchildren.

After graduating from Columbia College of Business I began my career in the healthcare field. Several years later I made the decision to work from home so I could be with my family on a regular basis. After becoming an empty nester, I chose to follow in my father’s footsteps and make the jump into real estate. I couldn’t be happier with that decision. When selling your home, we work together to market your property in every way possible. When searching for your next home, our experience and teamwork combine to provide our clients with a more comprehensive list of available properties over a larger coverage area.

I believe that it is not only my duty to represent buyers and sellers to the best of my ability but to also educate them throughout every step of the process. My ability to combine an emotional situation with logic and compassion helps reassure you during this potentially stressful time. I believe in transparency, honesty and integrity with a strong attention to detail.
