About me


I am a native Oregonian, born and raised in Eastern Oregon, Pendleton, home of the famous Pendleton Round-Up.  After living there for 18 years I relocated with my family to Salem and I have lived in the Salem/Keizer area for over 27 years. After spending 9 years in the building supply industry, I made the decision to pursue my true passion: residential real estate. I am married to a wonderful man named David and we have a beautiful daughter Emily. I love the challenge and opportunity of finding the perfect match – whether it is the right buyer for your house, or the ideal home for your family.  I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs.


Ever Changing Market

 

It is impossible to turn on the television or pick up a newspaper without hearing how volatile the real estate market and economy are right now. While these uncertain times certainly warrant a cautious approach, for many, there may not be a better time to enter or invest further in the real estate market. Interest rates for mortgages are at historic lows. Prices have dropped in some areas, while there are also signs of stabilizing and a slight improvement in others. For those in a position to buy, or sell & buy up, these are excellent conditions. And of course there are other times when life doesn't give us the luxury of waiting for the most optimal conditions to make a change. Regardless of your situation, be assured that I am committed to helping you navigate any challenges and explore all options. I work hard to stay on top of market trends so that I can best serve your interests.
