A great place to live and raise a family is a priority in everyone’s life, and Steve believes every opportunity has a special meaning to a buyer or seller.  Steve has worked in Salem for the past 12 years and has come to understand the treasures Salem has to offer everyone.  Prior to obtaining his Real Estate license, Steve worked in city government where he valued his devotion to customer service and building community relationships.  While Steve can be an effective negotiator for his clients, he also has a friendly, kind, and humorous side who can ease his clients through the real estate process that can often be stressful.

Steve and his wife selected the Salem area to raise their family where they enjoy the outdoors and are a very sports-minded family.  His daughters are heavily involved in sports and school activities.  Steve enjoys spending time coaching soccer at Capital FC soccer club in Salem, and enjoys traveling around the State watching his oldest daughter play club soccer as well.

Steve’s faithfulness to family principles also reflects in his strong work ethic and obligation to customer care.  Steve decided to become a team member with HomeSmart Realty Group for their innovative, creative, and professional loyalty representing clients and communities alike.  Representing clients from 1st time home buyers, Military families, and clients with future real estate needs has become a passion for Steve where his dedication and commitment shines brightly when helping his clients make the Smart move!!!  Steve is proud to be a Broker with HomeSmart Realty Group working on the Scheirman Home Team where he is licensed in the State of Oregon, and serving the Willamette Valley area.  Please do not hesitate to contact me for a no obligation consultation and for sellers, a free comparative market analysis (CMA).
