Should I Buy Now or Wait????

I have a couple of clients who are waiting to find the perfect house at the perfect price before they buy. They have missed some great opportunities. In fact one buyer ended up looking at the same house that she had looked at 3 years ago that was back for sale. Except this time, it was for sale for $245K more, same house and NO changes were made. I just checked and it is pending. Even if she had bought the house 3 years ago and decided it wasn't her dream home, what an investment!!
