Frank Gates helped us buy our first home and we couldn't be happier!Frank took the intimidating prospect of buying a home and made it nearly stress free with his knowledge, incredible availability/responsiveness, and follow through as he kept us updated at every stage of the process. He was also able to connect us with a great mortgage loan officer and a great title agent. They all worked together very well, adding to the ease of the transaction.Perhaps most importantly, Frank was able to close the deal for us. We chose to use an FHA loan. After we negotiated a deal on the house, the FHA inspector/appraiser came in and nearly derailed the whole thing with some nit picking. The sellers were seriously and justifiably considering backing out, but Frank stepped in and kept things on track.I think there was at least one long conversation and I don't know what he said, but the result is that my wife and I are living in the home that we wanted. Given the situation I am positive that not every real estate agent could have made that happen for us, but Frank did.
