About Mary:

A native of Oxford, England, Mary moved to Providence and started a career in real estate in 2000 when she bought her first investment property, which she still owns today. Since then she has purchased, restored and sold or rented out a number of historic homes and multi-families in Providence's College Hill and Mount Hope neighborhoods, as well as in Rhode Island's East Bay area including Tiverton.

Mary's clients benefit from her extensive experience in:

- Evaluating, purchasing and restoring historic properties

- Investing in multifamily and other rental properties

- Selling homes in Rhode Island, in particular to new transplants

Plus, you'll also benefit from Mary's comprehensive knowledge of Providence and surrounding areas, from Barrington to Broadway. If you're not sure which town or neighborhood is right for you, Mary can help you.

Mary is married to Alec McLeod a finish carpenter, who specializes in historic preservation and window restoration. She has managed full scale construction projects as well as overseen design and restoration projects. In addition Mary continues to hold some favorite properties in her investment portfolio.

In her personal time Mary enjoys gardening, remains passionate about bee keeping, loves art and design, going to galleries and museums (especially RISD), hiking and biking in both urban and rural environments and researching local historic architecture.

Mary looks forward to assisting you in finding your new home or investment property.
