Steven Toole is a real estate professional with over 16 years of experience. Born and raised in Rhode Island he graduated from Coventry High School in 1993 and went on to get a history degree from the University of Rhode Island. He opened his first brokerage, Newport Rents, in 2007 specializing in investment rental and sales on Aquidneck Island. He eventually grew that business into Kavanaugh Grant Real Estate, a full service brokerage where he served as the owner and principal broker until 2018. Steven’s multi-faceted background gives hime a well rounded understanding of the entire real estate process. He applies this knowledge to get ahead of any complexities of the deal so his clients experience a smooth transition into their new homes.
