I knew Marci was the realtor for us because when we were recommended to her by a financial home loan lender agent that couldn't deliver us a pre-qual letter, she had an excellent resource to offer us and that lender rep was able to deliver us what we needed to shop around. Marci was patient, kind and resourceful! She had the details on the properties that we had an interest and showed us even the ones we were not as interested in because it helped us make the push out of that comfort zone to realize what could be a reality for us if we just budged. I am glad we did. We made some decisions on a negotiation that was forever lingering...and once that decision was finalized...not in our favor-she picked up the pieces and put us back together making the next one happen. And it did happen in our favor, but not without a fight. It was above and beyond the circumstance that no one could ever experience to get in this house. Ultimately, when the first one didn't pan out, it was inevitable that the 2nd one was our home!!! And she made it happen. Sticking our ground and overcoming the obstacles that were in our way.
