Hello! My name is Rosie and I am a realtor working to find solutions for your specific real estate needs.    

I have been licensed five years, but much of what I have sold was/is mostly new construction and not in MLS with the exception of one or two.  I live in Richardson, TX and work in the surrounding communities including Dallas and Collin County.  Most of my clients end up as friends after the transaction.  This has been a challenging couple of years, especially for buyers.  The Dallas area is so spread out, but I will gladly make the drive to find my client a home.  I am more of a relationship person and love this part of real estate.  What can I do to help you?
