I started my real estate career in 2003 after a 17 year stint as an I.T. professional. Two years later I dropped the I.T. work al together and have never looked back. In 2009 I started my own brokerage, Texas Pride Realty. Ten years later, we moved the company under the umbrella of HomeSmart Stars.
I love running a small company that can offer personalized, highly-ethical and professional service to our customers. We am not interested in hurrying customers into purchases and sales just to make monthly numbers and commissions. We should be protecting and understanding the client throughout the transaction. I believe that the agent's role is to help the consumer make well-educated decisions, even if those decisions lead away from a purchase or sale. In the end, it is the client who has to be satisfied and that's my goal. That's how I want to build my business and my company.
