REALTORS® are not selling houses, we are building a trust relationship. We are showing you lifestyles. We are helping you meet your goals, build toward your dreams and happiness.

My goal is to provide you with all the education and ideas I can, about the neighborhoods and homes you consider. I'm here to guide, but not to decide. 

I offer personalized, highly ethical and professional service to my clients. I am not interested in hurrying customers into purchases and sales, just to make monthly numbers and commissions. My goal is to protect and understand, and communicate with my client throughout the transaction. I believe that the agent's role is to help the consumer make well-educated decisions, even if those decisions lead away from a purchase or sale. In the end, it is my client who must be satisfied. That's how I am building my business.

About Me

I started my real estate career in 2018 after many years in corporate technical roles.

My love of houses and architecture precedes that… by a lot. At 7 years old, I saw my first floorplan. When Mom showed me how to read it, it became an instant passion. That passion has never waned. When I walk into a house, I see its potential. I see how the spaces work and I see how you will live in that space.

If you are into the architecture side, we can talk about Victorians, Craftsman Bungalows, Mid-Century Modern, and one of my favorites: Atomic Ranch (aka Mid-Century Modest, aka Mid-Century Ranch). I can point you towards resources for learning more, for sourcing period appropriate ironwork, mailboxes – you name it.

I have seen many changes in North Texas since I arrived in 1991. I have been a proud resident of Old Towne Plano since 2002. I am thrilled to be working with Texas Pride Realty Group, within the HomeSmart Stars brokerage. We focus on exceeding the expectations of our diverse clients.

My technical background lets me take advantage of the tools we have at our disposal, and I can help you put them to use as well.
