It is an area in transition from 1960-1980 homes into 2000+ homes in style.
Lots in this area are going for about $400-500,000 because of the size; most homes are sitting on at least a 1/3 of an acre lot. The many of the homes north of Merrell Rd were originally the newer built homes (most were built in the 1980's) while many of the homes south of Merrell Rd were built in the 60's.
The area is covered by public and private schools; parks and churches. Shopping is not far away either.
