Bill has been a licensed realtor for over 36 years with sales experience in various real estate arenas and has personally been involved in the sale or leasing of over $400 million of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Bill’s vast experience consists of being one of the leading real estate sales associates in Utah County, seven years as Director of Real Estate for a national restaurant chain and eleven years as the past President and Chief Executive Officer of his own real estate brokerage, which had offices located in St. George, Orem & American Fork, Utah with annual sales of over $275 million resulting in the sale or leasing of more than a $1.6 Billion dollars worth of real estate while the company was under his guidance, direction and leadership.
Bill has served as the Chairman of the Public Relations Committee and as a member of the MLS Committee for both the Utah County Association of Realtors and the Park City Board of Realtors. He also served in the capacity of Chairman for the Utah County Special Gifts Committee for the American Heart Association. In addition, he has served on numerous other committees including the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee and the Utah County Association Budget Committee.
