"Joe Cool" as we call him was so awesome to work with. The market here in the Seattle area is so crazy competitive that it makes home buying (which is already stressful) 10x more stressful. Joe really helped us stay up to date with the latest info and all that education was key in helping us stay calm and collected so we could make confident informed decisions. We held back on a few offers because we weren't quite sure and it was the right decision as the perfect house came along two weeks later. It was our very first offer on a home and it was accepted. There were 8 other offers and in the end, not only did we get the house but we paid $30,000 less than we expected due to the way Joe structured our offer. He doesn't take the bull dog approach to try and win in a competitive market. Instead, he uses his smarts to structure contracts appropriately and he takes the time to build relationships with the listing agents to ensure a great experience for everyone. We were pretty freaked out to try and compete in this market and in the end, it wasn't nearly as bad as we thought and we owe that to Joe and his team.

Decided to sell old house that I was many states away from, and without having to return to town, Joseph took care of finding and dealing with contractors to do the work needed to make it sell, and then helped it sell fast. My only complaint... is that I don't have more houses to sell through him.

I cannot recommend Joe enough. He absolutely went above and beyond to help my parents find their dream home. He helped sell their house and downsize into a condo. He gave us practical tips on how to fix minor details throughout the house that would get us the most bang for our buck and got the EXACT condo my parents wanted and negotiated an amazing price.
