Heather is a superlative agent! We were first-time home buyers and what a pleasant experience she made for us. She embodied all qualities we were looking for in an agent such as honesty, not-pushy, articulate, on the ball, detail oriented, caring, and not to mention very kind! As first time buyers, the real estate jargon was tough; but Heather was available at virtually any moment- whether it was through texts, calls, or finding a place/time to meet.Heather went above and beyond her responsibilities as our agent. Below are just a few examples: 1. Looking to invest, it was imperative that we purchased a condo or town home without rental restrictions. Initially we purchased a town home marketed as having no rental restrictions. During the 10 day grace period where either party (seller or buyer) could walk away from the deal, Heather discovered a hidden truth. In fact, the Homeowner’s Association for this town home began enforcing rental restrictions shortly before our purchase. Due to Heather’s diligence in digging through documents, we were able to back out of that deal “hands clean.”2. When we wrote our offer for the condo we closed on, a condition was that the front door be fixed by the seller. When the seller rejected this condition, we were upset as we felt this was a reasonable request. Heather raised our spirits when she promised that she and her husband would fix the door for free. To no surprise, Heather and her husband came through on the promise and did an excellent job!3. As closing approached, we were informed by the title company that they would need to postpone our appointment due to the bank not coming through with the required documents on time. Luckily we had Heather who was determined to prevent an extension of closing. For days, she went back-and-forth between the bank and title company until she was able to confirm our appointment to close. We recommend her highly and will definitely come back to her for our future real estate ventures!

I wanted to take a moment to commend Heather Williams for the help she provided us in our search for our new home in Lynden. We are from out of state (New Mexico) and quite frankly were at a loss on how to proceed. We provided input as to where in general we would like to locate, the size of house and property, costs and other considerations. Heather worked diligently, scouring the list of many properties in the area, showing us numerous houses until we were able to locate the one we thought suited us best. Unfortunately there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed before we could close and Heather worked with the seller's broker to address those issues. I have always maintained that to be successful in professional life, one has to have good interpersonal and communication skills and Heather is exceptional. I also maintain that one has to be "on top of their game", know their business well (in this case the marketplace - average prices, what's trending, safe neighborhoods, etc) and again Heather was great. She provided us with excellent feedback as we winnowed our list and ultimately found the home we were looking for. I highly recommend Heather!
