Fun, energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! As a local Real Estate expert and
Market Leader, I enjoy the work I do and bring opportunities to those looking
to move onto the next phase of life. A focus on excellent communication,
creating lasting relationships and having fun in the process is what to expect
while working with me. 

I chose to build a career in real estate by working the front desk at a mortgage
company, a real estate brokerage then became an assistant to a top producing
agent. Over the years I have studied marketing, investing and negotiation strategies. I have led hundreds of seminars for Washington State Housing Finance Commission on homeownership, and Investing Networking groups for the Rental Housing Association. I have created a foundation of knowledge and skills that provide immeasurable value to anyone working with me. I make it part of my practice to implement these skills into all of my transactions and help clients make informed
decisions in the process.

I am a strong believer that buying a home should be an understandable, exciting
and fun experience. Selling a home should be a time that is spent looking forward to life's next adventure.
