Greater Seattle Area

If you ask 10 people what's the Greater Seattle area? The vast array of the answer may surprise you. Some say it's Seattle and surrounding suburbs, while others may say it's from Bucoda to Sultan including the East Cascades.

This is my idea of Greater Seattle it's expanding on Seattle as a core. Greater Seattle includes Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, South King County, Shoreline, Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville, Lake Forest Park, and a few South Snohomish County areas like Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake  Terrace. If I think of expanding the area a bit-it could also include the Everett area and the Tacoma area.

The number one hot spot in LFP is the Town Center at Lake Forest Park "is a true community center that draws a regional crowd and is home to several unique and organic local stores that collectively cater to the educated customer, thus serving as a daily destination". Seattle's East Side

Welcome to Seattle's East Side

The cluster of towns is referred to as the  “Eastside” they are directly east of the large freshwater Lake known as Lake Washington.  It’s the largest lake in King County stretching 26 miles from North to South.  The lake is feed by the Sammamish River at its north end and the Cedar River at its south end.  Interested in checking out the Eastside it could be accessed via I-405 and our two floating brides; one bridge is SR 520, which connects Seattle directly with Bellevue and other areas of the Eastside.  The other is I-90 which incorporates two of the longest floating bridges in the world, the Lacey V. Murrow Memorial BMercer Island. Ridge and the Homer M. Hadley Memorial Bridge, which cross Lake Washington from Seattle to Mercer Island.
