• The rebate is only available to buyers who close with Sorin Adamovici as their exclusive buyer's agent in the purchase of real estate in the Greater Seattle Area (call for locations).
• The rebate must be disclosed (if required) to the buyer's lender and cannot be given if prohibited by the buyer's lender if buyer would like to use the rebate as part of their down-payment.
• In the event that a referral fee be paid upon the sale of a property because you were referred to us then no rebate applies.
