Over the past 35 years, I have acquired multiple properties; varying in type and location. I have performed countless transactions relating to these properties, and in the process of doing so, ended up acquiring my real estate license (never practiced) in hopes of protecting my investments. In 2012 I decided to sell my co-op condo in Seattle on Queen Anne and signed on with Leah Mezich, who came highly recommended, to act as my Real Estate agent. She then outlined her proposed staging plan, which she executed with ease and professionalism, resulting in a substantial increase in our co-op’s asking price. Overall, the co-op sale was an awesome learning experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Leah has a wealth of knowledge and is supported with a network of resources. I was most impressed with was Leah’s communication skills and customer service. Leah did a fantastic job communicating the ever changing real estate environment and making sure I never felt like I was in the dark. Since the co-op sale, Leah has also managed the sale of two additional properties; one in Des Moines, WA. and one in Twin Lakes, WA. Being a first time home buyer in this increasingly competitive market was discouraging at first. Hearing about the bidding wars, and lack of inventory had us quite worried. Working with Leah was a breath of fresh air, she not only had us into all the houses that met our budget, and criteria as soon as they hit the market, but she would also get our bid in ASAP. When the first house did not work out she stayed on top of it and up beat saying "it was not the one". She was always available (no matter what time) to answer all of our questions and explain things to us in terms that made sense to our situation. When we did find the one it was late at night she had us in the house within minutes and we were the first bid in as well as the one excepted.
