Welcome

Thank you for stopping by my page!  Let me tell you a little bit about myself....

I’m a 44-year native of the Pacific Northwest, and a 20-year veteran in the real estate industry. I grew up in the Firdale Village neighborhood of South Edmonds, moved across the county line to Shoreline, and eventually found my way back home. I recently purchased and remodeled a townhouse in downtown Edmonds, that was quite the experience, and I have been enjoying the restaurants, shops and waterfront as much as one can with the quarantines, shutdowns and restrictions of 2020!

When I’m not working, I love taking my RV on spontaneous road trips, getting lost and exploring the four corners of Washington State. There are so many cool small towns, beautiful beaches and deep blue lakes, a rainforest, vineyards with excellent wine (I've sampled them for you, just to be sure!), abandoned railways and old military forts, some of the best hiking trails on the West Coast, unique and quirky mom-and-pop shops and restaurants, Amphitheaters, Tribal casinos for a gambling fix, endless waterfront communities, wonderful museums, and absolutely hands down the best fresh seafood in the country...I may be biased, but it’s also true!  I love the smell of saltwater, I’ve been around it my whole life, so while I also enjoy taking trips and travelling the country, and the world, I’m always drawn back to the salty fresh air of the Puget Sound. The Upper Left Corner will forever be my favorite place!

I grew up the oldest of 4 kids, and I was often called upon to be the mother hen, the organizer, the caretaker, the referee, and once in a while the "please help me get out of a jam" person. My younger years definitely prepared me and gave me a very useful skillset, that has translated very easily into selling real estate. Afterall, no one transaction is exactly the same, like a snowflake.  Each buyer and seller is unique, with very different family dynamics, personalities, wants and needs. And as hard as I try to avoid it, once in a while we run into bumps in the road that need to be smoothed out. I thrive from high energy/high pressure situations. I love problem solving and finding solutions where there doesn’t seem to be one. I enjoy creativity in marketing and also in negotiations...our market is super competitive, sometimes we need to think outside of the box!  I like to be prepared, know my markets well, and be one step ahead of the game, to avoid issues rather than just react when faced with one.

At the end of the day, I want my clients to enjoy the buying and selling process! It’s not always easy, but it’s well worth the effort.  Investing in yourself is the smartest decision you can make, and the most rewarding! I would love to help you on your personal real estate journey, so please reach out via text, email, messenger, a phone call, whatever works best for you, and let’s put your plan into action!  I look forward to meeting you.
