Rochelle Bauer moved to Seattle, WA from Milwaukee, WI in September of 2012.  She has over 24 years of experience in Property Management, has been a Real estate Broker for over 6 years, and is currently studying to become a Managing Broker. Conducting real estate transactions for all areas in Washington, but specializing in Snohomish, Pierce, King County. In addition, Rochelle has experience as a Portfolio Director for 3 years working with a developer in Columbia City, located in South Seattle. She managed 33 properties, totaling 350 doors.

Rochelle epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transactions.  She continually challenges herself by learning new real estate arenas, such as manufactured home sales, investing, and Air BNBs, commercial, and multifamily.  

Her love for business management goes all the way back to the age of 11 years old. The children in her neighborhood all had lemonade stands in hopes to earn money for the summer. Determined, she knew that she would have to have something more than just lemonade to attract more customers. So, she created a snack with Ritz crackers, peanut butter, and chocolate chips to be served with her lemonade. She sold the snack for $.05 and the lemonade for $.10. She dominated the sales and made the most money out of all the children that summer. She knew at an early age that she had a gift for business, sales, and an amazing relationship with customers.
