When we started our company, almost 8 years ago, we did not feel the need to join a franchise. Our company culture was (and still is) ‘Agents helping Agents’, and it was important for us to maintain that philosophy and culture. However, in an ever-changing market, the need for change was inevitable. Three years ago we set out to find a company that could encapsulate our culture, and provide us with the tools and technology to help our real estate agents and clients, in a superior way as compared to our marketplace. In our opinion, there is no other company like HomeSmart which offers the software, technology, ingenuity, creativity, and business tools to enhance our productivity. We are excited to finally partner up with a state of the art advanced Hybrid Company that can help us and our clients navigate the ever changing real estate market. We believe our HomeSmart Executive office in Moreno Valley is going to be the first of its kind in the Inland Empire, with intentions to expand quickly into the Riverside area. Its impact will be of great magnitude to both Realtors and customers.
