Kevin Pieper

Kevin Pieper joined HomeSmart International as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations in August 2021. He has a passion for building high-performing teams with a focus on customer service, process improvement, leadership development, and strategy creation and implementation. Kevin comes to HomeSmart with over 20 years of experience in operations leadership, spending his career leading large customer service and sales organizations. He developed his skills working in high demand industries, spending many years in telecommunications where he was responsible for leading national performance management, analytics and strategic implementation for customer support centers. He also has extensive experience in the financial services sector, leading customer service, investment sales and business lending operations.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations at HomeSmart, Kevin aims to provide an efficient, seamless—and most importantly, exceptional—experience for HomeSmart agents across the country while creating an outstanding environment for employees throughout the organization. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his family and cheering on his favorite team (most importantly his daughter’s) at weekend soccer matches.
