Nishika Green is a veteran of the real estate industry with more than 20 years of experience. She has been a designated broker with HomeSmart since July 2020, serving multiple regions and 500 agents in the process. She has worked with individuals, investors and developers interested in the most coveted properties up and down the east coast, including Florida, Maine, North Carolina, and Georgia. As a former top producer and team lead, she’s learned the ins and outs of the real estate business from its most hands-on places.

While her main focus is residential properties along the east coast, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, she also specializes in resort and secondary properties. As a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), she has the certified knowledge and experience to help owners of secondary homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.
