Denise Shawntae was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I have twin daughters, one son, and 4 dogs. I spend my free time with family and friends, reading, traveling, giving back, and meeting new people. I moved to Phoenix Arizona in 2012.
I come from a background of ten years in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical as well as 2 years in property management. I am the owner of a home remodeling company. Therefore, I bring my knowledge of general construction when working with my real estate clients.
I am a person that loves to give back. I pride myself on great work ethics. I love to meet people, and care about my community. I am a mother, sister, and a friend. I am not only a leader but a server as well. I help people achieve the American dream. I am a REALTOR.
I have participated in several community outreach programs as well as Habitat Humanity and have earned real-life experience that make me uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing experience, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network. All of which are hallmarks of how I work.
I entered the Real Estate world to set an example for her daughters that it’s never too late to go after your dreams. I believe failure isn’t an option. I want to share my experience, provide better for her family, meet and help people accomplish homeownership dreams.
